About the PlayExpo

The PlayExpo is a juried show of interactive entertainment, 3D, 2D, aural, virtual and animated creative work held annually in the University Center at the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.

WE ACCEPT ENTRIES FROM ANYWHERE, but you or your representative MUST be here in person to show your work if it is accepted into the exhibtion. The show is open to individuals or groups of any age (NOT LIMITED TO STUDENTS).

However work cannot have been produced under contract for a company or commercially released.

  • Thanks to all the participants who joined us on April 2, 2011. Check back for information about future expos.
  • If your work is accepted you or your representative MUST be at the show to present your work to the viewing public. Set up starts at noon. The show is open from 1-4pm. Breakdown is from 4-5pm. Internationally know game industry consultant Tom Russo will deliver the keynote address at 5pm after which we hand out the prizes in each category.
